Film director Historian
A historian by training, Camille Ménager writes and directs history documentary films. She is particularly interested in the cross-cutting issues between history and memory, the lives of women in history and the history of war images. Her films, mainly based on archive footage, explore the question of documentary traces of the past and the contemporary narrative of our collective history.
