José Moreno
Photographer
Born in Chile in 1944, José Moreno Fabbri is one of the co-founders of the Association of Independent Photographers (AFI). Throughout his career, he has worked extensively as a professional photographer and academic. He has also made an important contribution to the national iconographic heritage by preserving and disseminating valuable archives of Chilean photographers such as Antonio Quintana, Roberto Montandón and Domingo Ulloa.
José Moreno currently heads the photography unit of the Andrés Bello Archive at the University of Chile.
