Rodrigo Rojas de Negri was born in Chile in 1967 and died in 1986 as a result of burns inflicted by a military patrol during a demonstration against the dictatorship of Augusto Pinochet. Abandoned in a rural area, Rojas died four days later while being treated in hospital.
