Nicolas Henry
Photographer
Nicolas Henry (born 1978) trained in film at the Emily Carr Institute of Art + Design, Vancouver (2003). A graduate of the École nationale supérieure d'arts de Paris-Cergy (2002) and the Beaux-Arts de Paris (2004), he works as a lighting designer, scenographer and director. Video director on Yann Arthus-Bertrand's "6 Billion Others" project, he was artistic director for its Grand Palais exhibition in 2009. He has since criss-crossed the world like the stage of a theatre, collecting stories and materials to fuel his installations and photographic compositions.
